Project: Framin' and Viewpoint

What Are YOU Lookin' At?*
Marooned in the never-ending "sea" of my bedroom carpet, a dejected little LEGO man snidely greets his punky neighbor. I hope I placed the camera high and far away enough to create the feeling that the stranded guy is quite small, and quite lost. (*Use this picture for grading.)

My Favorite Series*
How's this for framing? Through the frame of awesome Brandon Mull books, yours truly locks himself in his bedroom like a hermit, and devours in the first of this series.

*Far From the Tree
This actually small pinecone compares itself to its mother tree in the neighborhood (but really it is cheating, because it ran up close to my camera, making the picture unfair!). The viewing angle is neither high nor low, it is only the distance between the two objects that creates perspective.

I've wanted to take a picture like (A Glimpse of Eternity) this for a long time, and finally did it today! It took me forEVER to drill a hole in that tiny, round mirror, and then to capture a nice photo. Unfortunately, I broke the mirror immediately surrounding the hole, but it's still really cool. (Don't grade these pictures. They're just for fun.)
